This is one of my favorite websites, you can find many practice images in this website. It can set time limits from 30 seconds to 10 minutes in standard mode. The Class mode has longer time. As the screenshot of the website shows, you can do figure, animal, hands, feet, face, and expression practice. It can improve a lot when you focus on the part you are not good at. Also, it has cool lessons and articles about how to improve your technique.
Here is another good website to practice drawing the human body. You can choose time limits from 10 seconds to 30 seconds. Each time it will show a human body model that allows you to sketch down. The model is not really a person, so you can study more details about muscles.
One way I like to find tutorials is typing "講座1000users入り"which means tutorials that have over 1000 users favorited on Pixiv. There are many artists would like to share their techniques and experience of drawing.
